Grant Activity:
MAGMA: Multi-Arm GlioblastoMa Australasia Trial
Purpose:
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most deadly type of brain cancer. Around 1000 Australians die from GBM each year. Treatment hasnt improved for many years because trials in this rare cancer are difficult. We will use a unique design to more rapidly test different treatments at the same time. By sharing credit and effort, we will enlist doctors nationwide to allow more Australian patients with GBM the chance to test better treatments faster than traditional clinical trials.
