An Open Label, Multicentre, Phase One Study Incorporating Early Application of CAR T cells for Primary Refractory Aggressive Lymphoma
Purpose:
In this ground-breaking Australian led phase-1 study, we will use an innovative trial design for the early identification of patients with highly aggressive B-cell lymphomas destined to fail conventional therapy. In these patients we will train the patient's own immune system to serve as a novel and highly targeted anti-tumour vaccine to eradicate the disease.
