Purpose:
We want to improve the energy efficiency of our heating cooling and lighting systems. To do this there are 7 reverse cycle air conditioners that are 16 years old and need replacing. In addition, there are still 34 old style fluorescent lights in the motel rooms which need replacing with energy efficient LED lights. We are focused on reducing energy costs and improving the accommodation experience for our guests.
