Purpose:
Our project will be broken down into 3 sections. The first is to replace our existing lighting, with new LED energy saving lights. This would include interior and exterior lights. Second will be to replace our ducted air conditioning system to a newer inverter style, and also replace our last old air conditioner with a new split–system air conditioner. Lastly, we want to install new heavy duty shutters in our motel bathrooms, to reduce the amount of heat/cold that gets through currently. These projects will dramatically reduce our power consumption, and therefore our power bills, as well as increase customer comfort.
