The grant will be used to:
Upgrade existing A/C units with more efficient units;
Place sensors and timers on existing A/C units to reduce running time when rooms are vacant.
Install LED Fluoro tubes with sensors in common areas and car park.
It is expected that these initiatives will drastically reduce our energy costs.
