Purpose:
We would replace packaged air conditioning units with more energy efficient and more environmentally friendly replacement units. It would reduce our energy consumption, our energy costs, associated CO2 emissions and new refrigerant for AC units would be more environmental. By doing this we will demonstrate our commitment to reduce the impact of our motel to the environment. We would also advertise our motel as energy efficient, to attract more customers. Energy efficiency investigations, checking of capacities for air conditioning units, as well as implementation, would be carried out by qualified energy management consultants. While installation would be done by qualified experienced trades people.
