Purpose:
The current air conditioning was installed when smoking was allowed in hotels. To keep the air clean, all air coming into the system was fresh and the extracted air is dumped. This results in a very inefficient system with the rooms never getting to a temperature where the thermostats turn off. The system is running 100% heating or cooling.
