Guest Room Air–Conditioning Unit Replacement
Purpose:
Existing air–conditioning units in all guest rooms are old model wall–window type. They are not energy efficient and have very low efficiency for both cooling and heating, thus cost us dearly for electricity bill and low customer satisfaction.
Also, the existing guest washing machine and dryer are very old models with very low energy efficiency and takes a long time to finish one wash.
Replacing all the units will not only save the energy consumption, but also save us energy bill cost which is vital to the survival of our business, and improve customer satisfaction.
