Purpose:
This project will upgrade all existing indoor and outdoor lighting at the community facilities in Rochedale, Springwood and Marsden from exposed fluorescents to LED fixtures. All three facilities have considerable internal fluorescent lighting that will be replaced with LED battens and oyster fittings including the external toilet block at Marsden. Existing external light fittings will also be upgraded to weather proof LED battens, LED sensor lights and LED spotlights.
