The purpose of the Grant is to deliver an Industry Insider Cyber Security Program to a minimum of ten (10) and a maximum of sixteen (16) Year 11 and 12 students which will improve students? understanding of vocational education training (VET) pathways and Cyber Security Industry opportunities for employment on completion of their education in the Armadale SA4 Region. These students will participate in a series of Cyber Security Workshops and guided tour of the ?Pawsey Supercomputer Centre?. The Grant will directly support industry needs and address skills shortages in the cyber security industry sector by facilitating access to employment and training pathways, which address local skills needs.
