Purpose:
A grant has been awarded to boost the efforts of schools and preschools, community organisations and local councils to address crime and antisocial behaviour by funding crime prevention initiatives that benefit the wider community. The expected outcome of the project is to protect children who are at risk of attack, harassment or violence stemming from racial or religious intolerance. The grant is expected to fund the installation of spear security fencing and gates and a public address system including conductor administration system, audio decoder and speakers at Tangara School for Girls.
