Purpose:
Replace all existing fluorescent and non LED lighting in up to 26 holiday units with new energy efficient LED lights throughout, resulting in up to 75% energy saving compared to current circular fluoros in use.
Replace existing 20 year old ceiling fans with new EC fans providing a more efficient cooling and air flow solution while reducing power consumption and improving energy efficiency.
All products to be sourced in Australia and installed by a registered electrician by 29 June 2021.
