Purpose:
The Science and Engineering Challenge is an interschool competition for Year 9/10 students that is designed to encourage the students to take the requisite subject selections in high school to be able to pursue a career in a technological field. There will be 16 schools attending over two days of activities each with a team of 32 making 512 students in total. Groups of students compete in a series of STEM challenges throughout the day, assisting them to develop their collaborative and STEM skills.
