Purpose:
Replace 6 non inverter air con units. Replace 4 vented dryers with 3 heat pump dryers. Replace all non LED lighting with LED's in street signage, motel rooms, laundry, fence lighting, throughout. Replace 1 washing machine in guest laundry with 4 star energy rated machines as well as 1 x hot water service with air source solar heat pump.
6 new inverter driven A/C units, 3 new heat pump dryers, 1 new washing machine, 1 new hot water system will save energy costs, and consumption, which is huge. Also save our linen, as heat pump dryers are kinder on linen. Replacing LED fluro tubes in street signage making the signs brighter and cost efficient along with LED lighting in the rooms for better lighting for quests and decrease energy consumption.
