Purpose:
Grant funding will support ABC Foundation to deliver training and work with land owners and managers across Western Australia to increase the knowledge base and on-ground initiatives in carbon farming and emissions reduction. The training program will impart key information via a tailored training package and support each site in its on-country approaches to change. Participants of the program will receive empowering training, mentoring, communications support, and operational modelling support for projects scoped and suited to their site, and assist them in benefiting from the Australian Carbon Credit Unit scheme in support of diverse local business opportunities.
