Purpose:
LAI Industries project seeks to expand the current facilities to house the purchase of state of the art manufacturing equipment and software. This equipment will enable LAI Industries to enhance its LEAN manufacturing capabilities while helping to embark on its industry 4.0 journey. The project will improve quality and reduce lead times, enhanced visibility and worker agility, increase real–time plant & equipment management, improve asset uptime, reliability and productivity with greater automation of process flows through the application of AI to drive production scheduling, control and safety management in real–time through integration of existing virtual Design For Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) validation capabilities.
