Purpose:
Merino Country will adopt new technologies in fibre, fabric and garment production to allow integration of its Merino textile and clothing business, processing the wool through to the finished product in Australia for consistent supply, quality and price of product. This will allow it to achieve further economy of scale, improved quality and cost reductions whilst improving productivity enabling Merino Country to continue to compete in established markets including supplying direct to consumers and our Government contracts and to expand into new markets.
