Purpose:
Gin Gin & Dry currently dries fruit with heat air open tunnels. The company's products are 100% Australian and produced without the addition of sugars or preservatives. It utilise farmers' fruit waste to create products for the health and snack food industry. In this project Gin Gin & Dry will implement a new innovative Closed System drying tunnel that will allow for extra drying of fruits, with the ability to capture the water that is dried from the fruit to create a new product 'pure fruit water'.
