SOLAR ENERGY ESTABLISHMENT IN VEFA PREMISES
Purpose:
The project aims to help reduce electricity bill, power consumption and carbon emission.
Our volunteer management try to keep effort in –Organising group birthday celebrations on the first Friday of every month for members to come and enjoy foods, musical entertainment. –Delivering essential information on various fields (social welfare, taxation, veterans' affairs, housing, health care, aged care, police's safety tips, council affairs, social cultural environment etc.) provided at VEFA's monthly member meetings by guest speakers who are from a range of professional experience backgrounds.
–Beside weekly member routine physical exercises, VEFA has also organised basic English and computer classes, which would keep the elderly knowledge updated and help them be familiar with online services.
