Are they thriving? Lowering risk and improving safety of medicines use in older Australians receiving community and residential aged care services
Purpose:
Older people receiving community and residential aged care services often take multiple medicines. This project will analyse Australian and international ‘Big Data’ for the purpose of developing services that maximise the benefits and reduce the risks relating to medicines use among older people receiving community or residential aged care services.
