Purpose:
We propose an innovative research program to build consumer and community networks; develop a digital hub using state of the art methods to harness innovative codesign and information technology expertise to create, evaluate, refine and deliver the Hub. We will generate new knowledge to enable behaviour change towards genuine CCI and will integrate knowledge from these activities in health research case studies and develop an implementation resources to enable national scale-up.
