The Australia China Business Council’s (ACBC) China Path Podcast seeks to utilise the growing podcast platform in providing business intelligence and building the China capability of Australian firms and individuals. Building on ACBC's ChAFTA Ready Podcast, funded by Austrade with a sole China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) focus, the China Path Podcast will expand the podcast content to a wider array of prominent Australian and Chinese individuals and businesses engaged in the bilateral relationship.

While Australia/China trade in goods continues to grow, other commercial areas of cooperation are emerging in services, such as education and tourism, and engagement areas, such as sport, art, and media. Through 20 individual fortnightly episodes conducted in Australia and China with both Australian and Chinese leaders, the China Path Podcast will seek to share how dynamic the bilateral relationship has become and promote further engagement. Additionally, the podcast aims to reflect on the evolution of the relationship through 45 years of bilateral relations.
