Purpose:
This project will provide Tribotech with an automated assembly of composite housings, conveyor rollers and idler frames. The project will achieve a 4–fold increase in conveyor roller production capacity by utilising a UR10 robot, a bar unloader, 2 collet chucks and automation integration. The project will also extend Triboech's range of products to include conveyor idler frames.
