1. Replace outdated air–conditioning in 13 motel rooms with energy efficient reverse cycle ac/heating units. Benefits to the organisation include: 1. reduced energy costs 2. increase motel capacity in cool months (as the 13 rooms do not currently have a heating option) and 3. Provide a reasonably comfortable dining option for motel patrons and the general public when temperatures are extreme.
