Purpose:
Replacing 8 of the old non–inverter air conditioner units with an inverter–driven more efficient new split–system, which would dramatically reduce energy consumption. To replace the old domestic–style 1.5 star washing machine and 2 star vented dryer in guest laundry with the new more efficient energy labelled 4 star front load washing machine and 8 star heat pump dryer. Replacing the current single–glazed window with double–glazed window on the rooms next to the highway, all of these will greatly reduce energy consumption, and ensure more efficient running of the equipment.
