Purpose:
Reduce the energy use of the motel by replacing window mounted and old air conditioners with inverter split systems; replace lighting with LED lighting and replace the pool pump with a variable speed pump. This has the potential benefit of reducing electricity use significantly and therefore reducing the power bills increasing the amenity for guests and improving profitability of the business.
