Purpose:
The purpose of the Grant is to provide students with skills and connections to future Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways for employment opportunities in Land Management on completion of their education in Bundaberg, Queensland. The Grant will directly support industry needs and address the skills shortages in the forestry, horticulture, rural operations, agriculture and conservation industry sectors by providing training in a skill set of three (3) accredited units of competency to a maximum of ten (10) Year 10, 11 and 12 students from Kepnock State High School, QLD.
