Purpose:
The project has two distinct elements, the replacement of the air–conditioning system and the upgrade of the lighting to LED.
The air–conditioning system element will commence first – commissioning our licensed contractor to order the unit and commence initial works. The install will be carried out when no scheduled counselling is to occur. Once the time window has been identified, in consultation with the building coordinator the install will commence.
The lighting upgrade will commence second – commissioning our licensed contractor to order the LED's and commence initial works. The install will be carried out when no scheduled counselling is to occur. Once the time window has been identified, in consultation with the building coordinator the install will commence. This will not occur at the same time as the air–conditioner installation.
