Partnering with Destination Sydney Surrounds North Ltd and Hunter Valley Wine and Tourism Association, Wine Country is the inaugural winter food and wine festival held in the Hunter Valley. Funding under this project will support promotion of a VIP Emulsion event as part of the festival, a new component to complement the festival. Grant funds will be used for: marketing and PR of the VIP Emulsion event.
