Purpose:
Existing air conditioning units in all guest rooms are old model wall–window type with low energy efficiency which caused us higher energy bill cost and low customer satisfaction. Replacing all the old units will not only save energy consumption but also save us energy bill cost which is vital to the survival of our business, and lift customer satisfaction. We are not confident that we will be successful to get this grant if we plan to replace all the units in 19 rooms and apply for the maximum grant, so we decided to replace what's urgently needed and try our best to contribute some of the fund from our motel cash flow.
