Energy assessment and replacement of one air conditioner
Purpose:
Scope: Engagement of the services of a qualified energy assessment contractor to provide advice on what The Link can do to use less energy, and better use the energy we do use, in our 57 Liverpool Street Building.
Key Project Activity 1
Obtain an Energy Assessment by a local qualified consultant.
Key Project Activity 2
Once an assessment has been provided we will then contract the services of an electrician to purchase 1 Reverser Cycle Air Conditioner and installation to the most optimal space as indicted in the energy assessment review. Other recommendations from the assessment will be considered against the current and future budgets.

Promote the energy efficiency of the air conditioner/s while using the assessment to plan for additional energy efficient improvements at The Link Youth Health Service.
