Purpose:
Our goal is to improve energy efficiency and water consumption at our respite home, Boronia Cottage. Lower energy and water costs enable us to invest more of our income on other ongoing improvements at the house which is now 10 plus years old. We have recently been able to spruce up the inside painted surfaces and replace older beds and small items of furniture. These ongoing improvements make the house attractive and comfortable for the respite clients who stay for a few days of care (spoiling) to give their carers a well–earned break.
