The purpose of the Grant is to provide students with skills and connections to future Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways for employment opportunities into the Construction industry sectors on completion of their education in the Maryborough, Queensland region. The Grant will directly support industry needs and address the skills shortages in the Construction industry by providing training in a skill set of three (3) nationally accredited units of competency to a maximum of thirty (30) Year 10, 11 & 12 students from the St Mary?s College, Maryborough, Queensland.
