Purpose:
Guestroom windows on the east wing of our property face west and receive strong afternoon sun which heats guestrooms to uncomfortable levels. We have block–out curtains and have already installed larger air conditioning units which guests are using constantly due to the uncomfortable heat. Our project is to replace existing single pane glass windows with double glazed windows to improve insulation and reduce the necessity for guests to constantly use the large air conditioning units.
