Purpose:
Calperum Connect: Step–Up ˜Online Intensives are designed to motivate, enthuse and enable Jobseekers to realise their worth in the workplace and embrace regional employment opportunities. Selected Jobseekers will attend intensive online group training sessions where they engage in informative and motivational sessions that will help them navigate the ever–changing world of work. Sessions include professional development modules from the Step–Up to Employment RET program as well as industry guest speakers and online networking opportunities with regional employers.
