Essential Flavours R&I Lab extraction system upgrade
Purpose:
We are looking at replacing our current extraction and cooling systems in our labs. The current extraction system is inefficient and has to be ran on high speed at all times which is not ideal and the unit is a heavy energy user. This unit struggles to remove all of the flavour making odours so windows are left open which to assist it buy introducing fresh air. This is not an suitable option as the labs are heated and cooled by split systems which are currently being operated 24/7. We are looking at installing a state of the art purpose built extraction and cooling system. Due to the complexities of the flavour making we are installing a positive pressure which will introduce constant fresh air into the labs creating a better working environment for our team.
