Purpose:
We would replace fluorescent lights and guest room fridges with more energy efficient units and controls. We would also introduce new sub metering of selected electrical circuits. It would reduce our energy consumption, our energy costs, associated CO2 emissions, our maintenance costs. By doing this we will demonstrate our commitment to reduce impact of our motel to the environment. We would also advertise our motel as energy efficient, to attract more customers. Energy efficiency investigations and engineering calculations, as well as implementation, would be carried out by qualified energy management consultants. while installation would be done by qualified experienced trades people.
