Using Single-Cell Omics to Determine Disease Mechanism and Improve Clinical Management of Children with Epilepsy
Purpose:
Correct development of the brain is critical for normal intellectual and motor development. The identification and characterisation of genes regulating brain development will delineate pathogenic mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders including intellectual disability and epilepsy. The results will directly impact upon patient care and will provide important insights into normal human brain development.
