Purpose:
The project will see launch and initial scale of the flagship product smilo.ai and Oral Tech positioned for a capital raise following successful project completion. The project is a milestone based commercialisation project designed to achieve market traction through leveraging significant industry partnerships. The project will see further IP protection implemented in key jurisdictions, an initial controlled launch of the product, integration with a leading Australian dental clinic practice management software (PMS) and a PMS with an international presence, executing and delivering on our first group practice engagement and investment round preparation. At least 130 clinics will be converted during the project period.
