Purpose:
BMS system is to control the chiller plant with energy management function to improve energy efficiency at this stage which can be upgraded at a later stage to control entire hotel mechanical services with further energy management function. This is a non–proprietary, State of art Niagara based system. The operator interface to monitor and control will be internet–based system and can be monitored from any PC, laptop and mobile (only Android) phone.
