Purpose:
Remove insufficient air conditioners and replace with 7 star super efficiency air conditioners. Remove all non led lighting replace with Led Lighting. Remove our old inefficient lightweight window covering blinds & drapes in 17 rooms of the motel and replace with new quality heavyweight blinds & drapes. This will help us both in summer & winter (heating and cooling) reduce our energy use, improve energy productivity and deliver carbon abatement. This will also improve guest and staff comfort. Thus investing for better control for heating, cooling to generate extra savings by reducing running hours & set more moderate temperatures generating excellent savings, reducing bill costs and emissions.
