Purpose:
The project involves the supply, installation and commissioning and connection to the Electricity Grid of a 15 kW Solar Power generating system. This would include solar panels and one off 15 kW Inverter. Key activities include:
1) Enter into agreement with the Department.
2) Ensure the retailer and installer selected are Clean Energy Council (CEC) approved.
3) Enter into agreement with CEC approved supplier of Solar generating system an CEC approved installer and payment of initial deposit.
4) Delivery of all material including solar panels, inverter, cables, electrical fittings, etc. and their inspection.
5) Installation of Solar panels and Inverter and interconnecting cabling.
6) Charging of panel and connection to the electricity grid.
7) Review of operation of the system.
8) Review the savings in power costs.
9) Review the amount of power supplied to the grid.
10) Review reduction in emission of greenhouse gases.
