Purpose:
Molong Central School is aiming to send four teams to compete in the 2019 Robocup Junior Australia Competition at the University of New South Wales. This is a competition that covers all fields of STEM and requires students to collaborate, design, code and problem solve, whilst meeting like minded students from across the state. There are three categories including: Rescue, Dance and Soccer, where students build a robot and program it to achieve an outcome. In addition to this they are required to create a portfolio documenting their design journey and later present this at an interview with judges.
