Purpose:
1, replace existing cloth dryer with 2 LG Stack dryers with heat pump) to save gas and electricity. Existing dryer (Maytag Dryer, new parts production has stopped) is very old and inefficient in power usage, long overdue to be replaced.
2, replace existing windows (all face west, 8 hours a day of scorching Albury sun light) with double glazing glass windows, window installation by ALTRALITE, an Albury based company).
3, replace an old and energy wasting gas hot water boiler(26 years old) with a new one with advanced tech such as dampener and fully electrical heat sensing probe to save energy .
