Purpose:
The desired outcome of this project is to increase the overall heating & cooling efficiencies of the 18 motel style accommodation rooms located at Lake Mulwala Hotel. The project's key activities will include replacing existing air conditioners with more efficient, new split–system air conditioners. This will benefit the hotel by reducing on going energy costs and in turn increase customer satisfaction & comfort. This should also increase return patronage into the future which will provide more stable employment for the hotel's staff & a more feasible trading environment.
