Purpose:
The purpose of the Grant is to provide students with skills and connections to future Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways for employment opportunities into the Civil Construction – Road and Rail Infrastructure industry sectors on completion of their education in the Shepparton, Victoria region. The Grant will directly support industry needs and address the skills shortages in the Road and Rail industry sectors by providing training in a skill set of six (6) nationally accredited units of competency and unaccredited employability skills to a maximum of twenty (20) Year 11 & 12 students from the Shepparton Flexible Learning Centre.
