Makings of a Malignancy : a pop up escape room experience at MOD.
Purpose:
This application is to support a pop–up 'escape room' during National Science Week 2020 on the theme of cancer, to be hosted at MOD. at UniSA as part of our 2020 exhibition on COMPLEXITY. Our exhibition will launch in June 2020 and feature a whole gallery exhibit on cancer as a complex system. This project would be part of pop–up programming to complement and allow audience to engage more deeply and in an innovative, interactive format with themes of cancer biology. This would also be presented as part of Big Science Adelaide, the Inspiring Australia supported umbrella for science week events in the CBD.
