Strengthen, coordinate and professionalise the Sapphire Coast Oyster Trail by developing online content including visual materials, promotion and coordinating the oyster growers to ensure a consistent product offering. The Oyster Trail will create a one day food experience featuring the Sydney Rock producing estuaries across the Sapphire Coast. Grant funds will be used for: online content, paid advertising, partner engagement, web platform, project management, media famils and publicity campaign management.
