Purpose:
The purpose of this Grant is to provide students currently undertaking the Cert II or III Community Services qualification at Don College, Devonport, Tasmania, with skills and connections to future Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways providing employment opportunities into the Disability Services sectors on completion of their education in North-West Tasmania.
The Grant will directly support industry needs and address the skills shortages in the Disability Services sectors by providing training in a skill set of four (4) accredited units of competency and non-accredited training.
