Purpose:
ACTI's Chinese partner JIMC will be investing $500,000 cash in the Project, $200,000 as direct investment into Australia, to fund 4 core programs as a seamless pathway into China, the 2nd largest healthcare market. These programs are – China Bootcamp; China Readiness; China Immersion; & China Residency. The first 2 programs develop executable market entry strategies to help 60+ medtech start–ups overcome risks & maximise success factors of China market entry. The remaining 2 programs cement these in–market linkages, as start–ups spend 3+ months in a JIMC incubator in China implementing market plans, receive in–market mentoring & build relationships to secure funding from JIMC s Angel Fund & achieve license or other export outcomes.
